ABOUT THIS ARTWORK                                                                                                      
Around the central figure, organic forms, fragments, symbols and bursts of color emerge from darkness, creating a visual dialogue between chaos and order, the conscious and the subconscious, the visible and the unseen.
The work was presented at the XV FLORENCE BIENNALE 2025, whose theme, “The Sublime Essence of Light and Darkness —Concepts of Dualism and Unity in Contemporary Art and Design,” explored the relationship between opposing yet complementary forces.
Within this context, The Alchemy of Consciousness reflects the idea that light and darkness, order and chaos, reason and instinct are not separate states, but interconnected elements of a single consciousness.
